Taken earlier in the week on Morecambe seafront, I really wanted to post it as soon as possible. It looks like this guy might have had a lowercase ‘m’ at one point and lost it, not finding an exact replacement. The other examples of lettering are pretty horrendous too, enough to make a typographic fascist take a picture and post it to his site as an example.

Anyone who finds this to be a charming example of ‘vernacular’ signage needs to be shot.
