Photoshop ‘auto levels’ brings out the blue tint from the daylight on the white bowl, and makes it an awesome sea-green colour. I didn’t quite think that was what I was after even though it had a great sense of depth, so I combined that with an unaltered image (apart from a touch of Curves) to get the depth but keep the ‘eggyness’.
